Demo versus version 1.0
The shop-ownership ending is part of the announced 1.0 additions. If you are playing the Demo, do not assume that exceeding the property’s displayed value will make a purchase option appear.

The release announcement does not give a purchase fee, payment recipient or complete objective chain. Do not plan a run around a fixed buyout amount taken from the property’s value alone.
Keep the two progression goals separate
Making money, improving equipment and building your business in the Demo are useful goals in their own right. They are different from completing the ownership ending in 1.0.
