Rotate and flip held items
While dragging an item, the mouse-wheel up/down inputs and middle mouse button provide rotation and flipping controls. Start by picking up the item; scrolling while you are merely hovering over the page or inventory is a different action.
The 049 control notes group these inputs together without assigning a clockwise, anticlockwise or mirror action to each one. Do not assume the same Q/E/R mapping used by another game.
Move several items
Drag a selection box around the objects you want to move. You can then handle the selected group together instead of relocating every object individually.

Use the Toolbox
The Toolbox is sold by Dr. Jackson after day 14 in the 049 update. Tools assigned to its slots can be equipped with 1–9, reducing repeated inventory clicks.
